24 hours before - Start drinking more water, aim for a minimum of 2L
1 hour before - Go to the toilet, shower, grab a pillow or two for your head and behind your knees.
What to wear? - You will be given an opportunity to undress and put on a towel. Leaving your underwear on. A bikini is preferred for access to axillary nodes in the armpit.
